Dannean's knowledge of Google Tools was excellent. She was thoroughly prepared for all training sessions and showed exemplary professionalism. Her training was tailor made and took into consideration the level of knowledge that the trainee had. She was patient and where necessary adapted her training sessions to include and cover questions and queries. Training was mainly hands on and practical with a bit of theory. This, along with the thorough notes that were given to the trainee to keep and work from, helped to instil confidence and make the training sessions both an enjoyable and most valuable experience.
